Excellent customer service. I was super excited when I found the listing for a Mickey Mouse candle holder a few months ago. It looked adorable in the photo, and I thought it would be the perfect addition to my Disney-themed den. Sadly, my order was apparently lost in transit. After a month passed and I still hadn't received my order, I reached out to the seller for assistance. The seller was apologetic and immediately offered the option of remaking the order or giving me a full refund. I chose a refund, and the credit appeared on my bank card within 24 hours. Every time I see Etsy's reminder to review my purchase, I regret my decision to receive a refund rather than have the order remade.
